Terms of Service

1. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to Stoleno™. However, by submitting Content, you confirm that:

• You own the Content, or
• You have all necessary rights, permissions, or legal authorization to use and share it

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, publish, or share through the app.

2. License Granted to Stoleno™

By submitting Content, you grant Stoleno™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your Content
• Share your Content within the app and across related platforms
• Promote and improve the service

This license is granted for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Stoleno™ and remains in effect while the Content is available on the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share Content that:

• Violates any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.)
• Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Includes personal data of others without consent
• Is abusive, threatening, or unlawful
• Promotes scams or illegal activities
• Content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, violent, exploitative, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Stoleno™ reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these rules.

4. Third-Party Content

Stoleno™ may display or reference Content originating from third parties, including publicly available or community-submitted information.

We do not claim ownership of third-party Content and make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or legality. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any third-party Content they submit.

5. Content Moderation

Stoleno™ uses a combination of automated systems, user reports, and manual review to moderate Content and abusive behavior. We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for prohibited or abusive behavior.

Users may block other users they consider abusive or inappropriate. Blocking immediately prevents the blocking user from seeing Content from the blocked user and notifies Stoleno™ of the incident for moderation review.

6. Reporting and Removal

Users may report objectionable Content or abusive users through the reporting tools available within the app. Users may also block abusive users using the app's blocking functionality.

Reports of objectionable Content and abusive behavior are reviewed by Stoleno™. We aim to act on such reports within 24 hours, including removing Content and suspending or terminating users when we determine that they have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Users may also contact Stoleno™ through our published support channels to report safety or content concerns.

7. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Stoleno™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content. Information is provided by users and third parties and should be independently verified when necessary.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

Stoleno™ acts as a platform for sharing information and does not:

• Verify ownership of reported items in all cases
• Guarantee recovery of stolen or lost items
• Act as a law enforcement authority

Users are responsible for how they use the information provided.
